Here's a list of what I used on this image.

The bird head and wings came from a free vector pack from hydro74.com...it is no longer available.

The flourish is a vector I purchased from istockphoto.com here http://www.istockphoto.com/file_closeup/illustrations-vectors/vector-backgrounds/6514123-victorian-shaded-scroll.php?id=6514123

The font is Geo Sans Light downloaded at dafont.com here http://www.dafont.com/geo-sans-light.font

The background is made up of two different textures. One is from the bittbox free book texture pack here http://www.bittbox.com/freebies/free-high-res-texture-pack-the-anatomy-of-a-really-old-book/ . The other is from ~candy~cane~killer @ deviantart.com here http://candy-cane-killer.deviantart.com/art/Dirty-Wallpaper-88229768 .

The cracked texture overlay is from sxc.hu here http://www.sxc.hu/photo/995835

The rim for the lens is from sxc.hu here http://www.sxc.hu/photo/827264

The cracked glass for the lens is from sxc.hu here http://www.sxc.hu/photo/735568

The flame is from sxc.hu here http://www.sxc.hu/photo/1134617

That's pretty much everything that is in the image. No brushes were used except for the basic round brush to create some shadows and do some masking.

Hope that helps.
