One is from the bittbox free book texture pack here http://www.bittbox.com/freebies/free-high-res-texture-pack-the-anatomy-of-a-really-old-book/ . The other is from ~candy~cane~killer @ deviantart.com here http://candy-cane-killer.deviantart.com/art/Dirty-Wallpaper-88229768 . The cracked texture overlay is from sxc.hu here http://www.sxc.hu/photo/995835 The rim for the lens is from sxc.hu here http://www.sxc.hu/photo/827264 The cracked glass for the lens is from sxc.hu here http://www.sxc.hu/photo/735568 The flame is from sxc.hu here http://www.sxc.hu/photo/1134617 That's pretty much everything that is in the image.
