When Robert Jordan passed on it was a sad day for all of his readers, including me. His novels have been a part of my life since I was a young teenager almost twenty years ago. The world that he created is both vivid and enthralling. Thankfully Brandon Sanderson has picked up the torch and is helping bring the WOT saga to a close. Hey John. I’m your cousin from Indy, Jake. Hi I guess.
I picked up WOT after Caroline and Jesse force fed me Hienlein (sp?) and after loving that they told me get WOT. Also I’d heard a lot of good things about it, so I got the first three books and was sold by the end of chapter one. (This was back near the holidays)
Right now I’m about halfway through book five. And I’m hopefully setting aside most of this weekend to get a dent in book six. Hopefully.
Anyway, I mad a post about how sad it was RJ passed before finishing his work and your dad. (I think?) Told me to check this out on facebook.
It looks cool, but the storm part is kinda hard to see the “m”. But still much better than any artistic thing I could create, so.
